the problem is like, on a computer, you have your system admnistrator, and your normal users.

Currently, we dont have administrator access. We just dont have access to the files, its against the security policy of the psp for the user to access those files.

its not that they're 'read only' as such, its just we're logged in as a user, not an administrator and dont have acccess to the files.

if that makes sense.
