Dont panic. This just happened to me the other day when I was doing the font exploit on my psp. Just simply do a hard restart on your psp. Turn it back on, and your psp will automatically restore your lost registry. If not, sounds like a brick and you might have to send it to Sony. Just make up a false story that they will believe and they will give you a brand new psp. Worked for my friend. BRAND NEW.
