I Keep Getting An Error Message When Trying To Update With Both UMD Update And EBOOT.PBP Update.

Ive Tried Three Different UMD's and a few EBOOT's but none work they keep giving me an error message which i can't read because the text isn't there either!

anyone know what's wrong with it?
