I don't personally own one, but I have heard others say it is good or bad.

Good:
-Use your PS2 controller
-Play PSP on your tv!!!
-many other things are good, but I don't wanna make a huge list

Bad:
-Sometimes you have to reinstall it a few times to get it all to work.
-I've heard reports of buttons not working anymore after you install it.
-You totally void your warranty.
-Some things won't look very good on the tv screen.
