im using psp dev. cygwin dosnt work on my computer.

Call pspDebugScreenInit(); before you print something.
Example:

There are many other things wrong with your code, but you have to find out yourself. I suggest you try to fully understand this tutorial first: http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/c/lesson02.htm
