Whilst I was away, I spent some time improving my programming by releasing multiple applications.
Well, ever since I saw the movie 'The Truman Show', I wanted a game that allowed users from around the globe to log on to a 3d virtual world, kinda like Second life.
Anyway, just wondering what sort of tools are out there, and who the top coders/developers are at the moment gamewise, looking to make an elite force |

PS. That movie was awesome.

And welcome back to the scene! |

It's not a project that's going to get realised by myself, but I certainly think a open enviroment where users can build and scriptthe world around them, like looking at a tree, and with the right knowledge, turining it purple, or maye into something that isnt a tree.
This is, as far as I am aware, the first time that a PSP program would reside, in part, on a WWW server. I thought of coding a small client, which has no engine specific code, and having the PSP download the latest script on login, to prevent any misuse of the system.
The logistincs arent quite there yet, but I certainly think its something the community would enjoy. By the way, Im not looking to run this project myself, perhaps with a partner or as an advisor and conceptual artist and programmer.
Anyone up for that? |

From what you are saying it seems like it would be a WOW type project if im correct. I think 2d world wqould be easier. Where you could pic what you looked like and such. Like a animal crossing like game where you could incorporate the mic system.

If at all thats possible to make such a complex game for the PSP then you would be awesome, but what I would REALLLLLLLLLLY like a good dev to make, is to port the M.U.G.E.N engine, that would make the PSP an awesome device to use. |

1. I can load MP3, WAV sound libraries
2. I can load RAW PNG BMP JPG TGA images
3. I can now code in 3D (still learning some PSPGU).
4. I know some optimization techniques.
5. This is interesting.
6. I can code C/C++  .
7. I can see that PSPLink could be included to help make this idea better.
If you want im in |

Stay tuned! | |
