Hey
I need some people to test the BETA flasher for the official PSP3D XMB theme. I've tested, and the file works fine, but I need more proof before I finalize the theme.
This is one of my first flashing programs (I've done extensive testing and it seems to work fine, though). Anywho, all those boring flashing warnings apply. Please don't modify the internal .3D files. They're checked when the program runs.
Any bricks are impermanent, and can be recovered using the recovery menu by holding [R] at boot.
Current theme consists of:
- Online Instruction Manuals now link to PSP3D
- 'Bogus' 1.00 wallpapers
- Icons
- Menu Text
- Network Update replaced with PSP shutdown/Reboot
- Font
Please note that the theme isn't being tested, then flasher is.
Requirements:
- 3.03 OE-B PSP;
- You don't mind winding up with the need to reflash;
- You will not share the theme, (the one flashed right now is a demo, and is terrible).
- You will not share the program;
- You must tell me the results as soon as you've flashed!
If you want to test, please download the attached file and ask me to PM the password.
Update:
Revision (B) uploaded. New firmware checks added; Existing checks tuned up.
Revision (C) uploaded. Added button confirmation. Final BETA.
Download removed. BETA testing complete.

Points: 221.21 Donate | | | Great. Just to confirm, you don't rename the files, and you don't use ThemePSP.
The files are stored in .3D format for effect. The folder inside the archive goes in the GAME or GAME150 folder, and all preperation is already done.
Any more testers? |

Points: 221.21 Donate | | | Well, I'm about to add systemctrl.prx checking to ensure it's an OE firmware, so I will in a few minutes.
Can you do something else for me? Does the official (non-OE) 3.03 firmware have a systemctrl.prx file in it? |
