Points: 30.04 Donate | | The GIMP. It'll save in many formats, but if you want trasparancy with LUA, then save as a PNG. But I'm sure you knew that  .

My Mood: | | | | | transparent you have to create your picture how ever big you want it then go to Layer then to transparency then go to add alpha channel then erase every thing you want see through

Points: 13.26 Donate | | | Don't forget, Gimp works REALLY WELL with Irfanview.
Irfanview replaces your default image viewer, and gives you some basic tools such as batch conversion/renaming/resizing/ or whatever, the ability to do full screen slideshows of folders, resizing, scaling, and much more (Save as most image formats).
^_^ I commonly use paint (For screen captures), irfanview (for resizes, format conversion), and Gimp (For image editing, combining). |

Points: 73.60 Donate | | | I'm having fun with Gimp. And you don't need to use paint for screen caps, Gimp works just as well for that. I just clipped some images from Google Earth to make a long panorama |

preview fro previewing, slideshows, resizes format conversion and potoshop for the rest
