1. Open Flash0:/vsh/module/vshmain.prx with a hex editor
2. Find the recovery GZIP file header, extract the recover.gz to a plain file, and deflate the GZIP to get recovery.prx.
3. Flash the module to flash0:/vsh/nodule/camera_plugin.prx.

possibly cause i have the modified 3.03/3.10 UP chip fw combo? not sure, anyways time to scan with a hex editor.
