I've tweaked the existing GTA Liberty City Stories cheat device (version 1.0d) so that it works on firmwares 2.00 through 3.03. Apart from decrypting, hex editing, and re-encrypting, I've done nothing special here, so all credit still goes to Edison Carter (for the original Cheat Device) and to Team Noobz (for figuring out how to bypass the patch in 2.70-3.03). If you don't mid me asking, what did you use to decrpyt & re-encrypt the data? Did you use the SDK's sample decryptor?
I might like to try and port some of the first 2.01-2.60 homebrew games to 3.03. |

I had to hex edit the resulting .BIN file so that the paths it contained pointed to the new (save #9) folder, and hex edit the PARAM.SFO file to use the same folder name. Then I tossed the PARAM.SFO into the new folder, and re-encrypted the .BIN file so it would be saved into that folder  |

Points: 9,999,500,270.27 Donate | | I assume it works for you, then Good, since lots of people at PSP Updates said it didn't. I think they must be trying it on 3.03 OE-C, which apparently doesn't work. |

Connect your psp to your computer then overwrite the folder called psp on your psp with the folder called psp from the zip file. The folders will be in the correct place. Then start the game and it should load the cheat device automaticly. Oh and read the readme file in the zip. That should help.

| | | | hey mates i did all of the above and nothing seems to be happening i remember the old device had different pics for the load save game area but i dont see anything different nor is anything new
btw maybe it might be because i still have the old cheat device still insatlled on my 3.03 |
