Could you send us all the content of your memory stick? it's very important! Then tell us all your setting, language, cache size, encoding, text size...

Tell all thing you did before the bug, url visited etc..., you said you tried to open your file 3 times, did you type the url 3 times or pressed 'refresh'?

Please try to do it aigain!

Personnaly i think this bug could occur, but maybe the conditions for it were really special (physically damaged flash or ms...) we must have the same settings and file that alenmar if we want to have a chance to repaet this strange bug!

it might just be fake. why would sony create 2 different types of errors that say the same thing? "There is not enough memory." and "Insufficient Memory" are the same thing.

when it re"installed" the firmware it did restore system defaults...

lang.italian ,cache 512 kb. ,text size :normal,display mode :smart-fit..
the bug occurred when i tried to read the txt file.
error insufficient memory--->error corrupted files--->auto reboot ---->japanese symbols--->reinstallation. sorry i remember only this.

i will try it again,if i have news i refer as soon as possible.bye.

ok guys. apparently the browser CAN read .txt files. when i opened it i got memoria insufficiente but nothing after that. all the settings (even language) are set to what he had.

I guess alenmar could have something wrong in his firmware/browser that made the files corrupt.
So I don't think we can get anything from this.
