PSPSDK, setup

Hi there!
I've been having some troubles setting up cygwin with pspsdk. I followed some directions on this page (which I can't remember where) and everything went smooth until the newlib and pspsdk were going to be installed. All of a sudden all these errors appeared and the setup cancelled.
Could someone help me?

When I try to install it says that it cannot find the file stdlib.h. What's wrong?

scriptscribbler.com/psp/tutorials/lesson01.htm
1. download cygwin first don`t forget to add wget and devel
2. then download toolchain extract then on cgywin go to the path of toolchain and type ./toolchain.sh and sleep( long long wait)

on cgywin 2 or 3 pack i had to skip bcause it cant find it or download it something like that. yesterday I installed it for the 3rd time and it was the same thing but thats all no errors when i compile.

Are you sure you have installed all necessary cygwin packages? Especially everything from "devel" and "wget" (which is in "web").

Yes. But it seems to be working now... All I did was to download the latest newlib (version 1.14 that is, the script only downloaded version 1.13)

Seems like I got the same problem. It just reinstalled everything, that's why it took so long and I thought the problem didn't appear anymore.
