Unhappy Cygwin compiling problem

I have just installed cygwin after about 2 hours. I made a "helloworld" program with both the makefile and main.c perfectly made. When I attempted to compile it, it showed an error. i will take a screenshot so you can see it.

EDIT: I got a screen capture of the error:

Make sure your C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat looks like this:
Code:
@echo off C: chdir C:\cygwin\bin set path=%path%;C:/cygwin/usr/local/pspdev/bin set PSPSDK=C:/cygwin/usr/local/pspdev bash --login -i

You need to add this to your PATH variable:
CYGWIN INSTALLATION PATH\usr\local\pspdev\bin
(C:\cygwin\usr\local\pspdev\bin)
To do that you need to right click on My computer on the desktop and select Proterties. Now go to the Advanced tab and click on the button that says Enviorment Variables (or something like that, I don't use an english version of Windows).
Highlight the PATH variable and select edit. Now just enter what I said, but remember that you need to add a ; between the different PATH's.

Hope you understand
