Can you please search. The PS1 Emu is a demo, or proof of concept. Read the readme, or read the article attached to the download from where you downloaded it. Thanks
It is only running at 1.5 FPS right now I believe.

Sorry to flame, but first the PS1 emu isn't really an emu at its current stage (it only plays demos). Second, they aren't roms they are iso's for PS1 (roms are for consolse such as N64, SNES, NES, SEGA GENESIS, GBA, GBC, ATARI etc.). Just wait the guy that made it is either extremely hard at work or completely dropped it because its been a while since the guy that made it updated.

Edit:

All I can say is that PS1 emulation would be sweet! Do you think that it would really work?

He's working on it, the beta version which is coming out soon will play ps1 iso's at 8-10fps, which is currently the highest speed he has got.

Wow. well ireckon this'd be entirely possible at a higher framerate, as long as fanjita finds the time to refine the code. Exact as said about ROMS/ ISO, basicallt anything with a CARTRIDGE will have a ROM, but anything with OPTICAL STORAGE (GC, PC's, PSP, PS1 and PS2) have ISO files (or, more technically accurate, IMAGES). A ROM is a lot more complex in terms of structure, but are always smaller (biggest CART is like.. the GBA or DS which range up to 32 or 64MB for some new DS roms).

ISO files for PS1 and PS2 (CD ISO's and DVD-ISO's respectively) can asily be found with BitTorrent. Just do a search on either http://isohunt.com or http://www.torrentspy.com

Peace
