It is only running at 1.5 FPS right now I believe. |

Second, they aren't roms they are iso's for PS1 (roms are for consolse such as N64, SNES, NES, SEGA GENESIS, GBA, GBC, ATARI etc.). Just wait the guy that made it is either extremely hard at work or completely dropped it because its been a while since the guy that made it updated.

Exact as said about ROMS/ ISO, basicallt anything with a CARTRIDGE will have a ROM, but anything with OPTICAL STORAGE (GC, PC's, PSP, PS1 and PS2) have ISO files (or, more technically accurate, IMAGES). A ROM is a lot more complex in terms of structure, but are always smaller (biggest CART is like.. the GBA or DS which range up to 32 or 64MB for some new DS roms).
ISO files for PS1 and PS2 (CD ISO's and DVD-ISO's respectively) can asily be found with BitTorrent. Just do a search on either http://isohunt.com or http://www.torrentspy.com
Peace
