The japenese finally found a way to downgrade psp (video.google.com search psp and look through). After a long wait you can downgrade from 2.60-1.50 in minuts.
Guide:
You take the file and put it under games...
You open it on your psp/....
then you go under games and start it up
around 50% the psp will say error (fff)
so you restart...
then you start up with a smiley face and a message comes up!
english tranlation "tada your running f*cking v.1.5"
Then go under system setting then sys info and tada 1.5
