yea freeplay it sounds and looks like you know what ur doin..hopefully you and your partners can make something of this...maybe a downgrader

And yes, even though I know how ridiculously easy it is to fake a video/photo, I've got just that.

The following photos/videos are all from a 1.50 PSP. The glitches you see are caused by the PSP having a problem loading the Japanese font from the memory stick.

I edited my SYSTEM.DREG file in a hex editor so that "FONT" pointed to "ms0:/fontmod" instead of "flash0:/font". The paths must be the same length.

Then, I copied the font files to my memory stick. I copied the entire "flash0:/font" folder to my MS as "fontmod". Then I booted my PSP with the new registry installed, and switched the system language to Japanese.

This was tested on an actual 1.50 PSP. I also tested the hack under a simulated 2.00, under the MPH firmware loader.
