.ZIP files

Ok, Recently I opened up the iso worms open warfare for psp, and I noticed that There was a file called zip.zip, which contained the sounds and such. I was successfully able to open it up with winrar... So does that mean the developers have created inside of worms a program that can read .zip files? That would be helpful if some possible way we could "rip" it out.

Huh? Emulators like the snes one can already read zipped rom files. So why "rip" it out of worms?

my gues is it would be compressed... is that not zips function..

also there are functions for psp to uncompress files, they can be found in zlib (on the pspdev svn).

which will allow you to deflate zip and gzip file on the psp...
