I think a theme installer is out of the question, and coding will take a very long time to learn. Learn lua for about a week, then make some little apps and then you'll be ready to make a game/app.

What exactly do you mean by Theme Installer? For the PSP's XMB?

i think so LOL

cellphones can change themes to by simply putting a file on you phone but psp is out of the question
