It is an RPG game called Neo first battle. Here is the prologue:

Welcome the Chaos… A planet where its people are completely different. Everything because the greed of the Mankind exceeded the limits of the imagination... The human race has on the bring of self-destruction because no one wanted to give in to the power they had... The Soora (here goes the name of one nation) had control of the vastest Empire of the history of the Humanity who had on its control all the Mooragu (name of one continent) continent. The only "limit" of this Empire was the Ocean... The leader of the Empire of Soora had the technology to conquer the remaining portion of the world but, it preferred to wait that the war finished stops later taking by assault the Eurpn (another continent). In Eurpn, the democratic governments and systems were failing... Everything countries were engulfed in war, and barbarian hordes tormented the terrified populations. Although these barbarians had at their use the most advanced technologies and weapons of mass destruction. In Taakuin (a country in the Eurpn continent), there was no end to the Civil War, led by a revolutionary of the name Jefurii, one old and legendary soldier, and they were focused of taking control of the country. For this to work out they had a group of rebels that was having success in eliminating everything that was democratic. The parliament already had been destroyed and now the only thing that was left was to take out the head chief of the country to make Taakuin an Empire capable of conquering the Eurpn continent and to make front to Mooragu’s Empire. For this to happen they went in search of a terrible power that a man already had used in ages past but due to his evil was destroyed by the same power he wielded and conquered the world with… Magic... A power bigger and more dangerous than any machine or weapon, that could not fall into the wrong hands because the risk was too great, and so that power was forever lost… But even so, Jefurii was determined to find that power and use it for his own purposes. And with this begins the adventure of one boy and his companions who unwillingly will get involved on a tale with no comparison in any legend of history… The search for the four elemental crystals of power: Fire, Earth, Water and Wind.

lol sounds like a mix of ffVII and golden sun. what kind of battle system u thinking off? art style? pre-rendered or dynamic enviroments? etc. more details on anything thats been decided for the actual systems.
