Hello!
I was just thinking, about the browser.
Firefox/Bon Echo is Open Source, so if you strip the source, and compile it as EBOOT, will it be possible to run FF/BE on your PSP???
(just a tought)

Points: 30.04 Donate | | Yea, the major problem is converting to the sorce to exicute psp calls. Firefox needs a host of API's to be called (through it's cross-platform comm, which would also need to be modified) and other operating system specific stuff. So, yes, it could be done, but I wouldn't wish this task on my worst enemy. Well, maybe I would  .

Points: 1.55 Donate | | | Think about memory constraints too, I personally like the Links idea because it's a lightweight browser. Either that or dillo that is, but firefox takes wayyyy too much memory to be ran properly. And there's really no point in trying to strip it down even further when Dillo and Links exist. |
