hi i have a 2.01 and gta liberty c.... can you please say me what to do to play homebrew and so on .. or downgrade to 1.5

I have one, too so...
1. Look that you have a US or EU GTA not an German, because it wont work on it, cause Fanijta.... dont like the german version...
2. When you got a US or EU GTA, look here http://psp3d.com/showthread.php?t=1177
there you finde the Ebootloader for GTA ! Shortly:

You start GTA
Load your First Postion SaveGame
Save it to a second, third... whatever !
Exit GTA
Put the Data on your Memory stick (see in the link that i postet)
Start GTA
Load First SaveGame Slot
Play your Homebrew Software :-)

A downgrade isnt yet possible, but you don´t need one i´ve you got GTA :-)

GTA works on my 2.0.1 US? plaah gta is 1.2gb and i have 1gb memorystick... you need tester? i can test

i Hope there will be any PSP-OSS for 2.01 ^^

it could help using some homebrews and also progs like UMD Emulator ^^

The EU doesnt work yet. But i think they are working on it.
