We've managed to get hold of some more details about GTA's return to its warped vision of 1980s Miami in GTA: Vice City Stories, which will be released for PSP in October.
The game will be set in 1984 - two years before the events of Vice City - and gamers will play as Victor Vance, the brother of Lance and two timing partner of Tommy Vercetti from the original console game.
Victor Vance was continually mentioned in GTA: Vice City as he used to run narcotics with his brother. He was killed in the game's opening cutscene during the same set up that nearly took Tommy Vercetti's life.
Developer Rockstar is promising several improvements over its previous GTA PSP effort - Liberty City Stories - with Victor Vance being able to swim, ride jet skis and pilot helicopters. Also, we're assured that loading times will be quicker. Source: gamesradar.com |
