Points: 352.42 Donate | | | GTA:VCS Hints and Tips Thread OK, I found out a few little things in GTA:VCS that are relatively easy to do, but involve absolutely no cheating! You can post your own hints and tips here too, and I'll add them to the list!
Now, though, I'll get the ball rolling with two little hints, discovered by me - Dorkdork777's Hints Unlimited Shotgun Bullets for $1000
Go to the Ammu-Nation on the north of the first island, and buy the shotgun for $1000. As soon as you have bought it, equip the shotgun but don't move your character at all, as you are already lined up with the shopkeeper. If you lock on to him at this point, he will get out his own shotgun and shoot you, so don't. But as you're already lined up there's no point.
Press O to shoot him with the shotgun, and he will drop another shotgun, with 8 bullets. You've just got 7 free bullets, at the cost of a police star. Go out, turn right, and go the short distance to the end of the road - it's faster in a car. Come back, and the person will be alive and well, and you've normally lost the star too. Walk into the blue ring, but don't buy anything - exit out of the menu, equip your shotgun without moving your character and shoot him. He will, again, drop a shotgun with 8 bullets. Repeat until happy. Free Cars Cheetah
Enter Starfish Island, and take the first left (or right, depending on which island you came from) to go on the curved road. Parked on the curb will be a cheetah, which always respawns. Comet
As you go out of the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island, turn left. Now, follow it while looking on the radar for the building that is next to the huge white square. It looks like a square with a chuck taken out of it on the radar; and under it is a Comet. Police Bike/Car
Just go to a police station - I'll tell you how to get to one of them. Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you come to the first crossroads. One one of the corners is a police station, complete with bike and car. Stinger
Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you're halfway to the first crossroads. About there is the parked Stinger. Fire Truck
Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you're halfway to the first crossroads. About there, on the opposite side of the road to the Stinger, is a fire truck. Admiral
Make a business a 'Loan Shark' business. There will now be an Admiral outside it, and it respawns just like all the other cars. Polaris V8
Make a business a 'Prostitution' business. There will now be a Polaris V8 outside it, and it respawns just like all the other cars. Idaho
Make a business a 'Protection Racket' business. There will now be an Idaho outside it, and it respawns just like all the other cars. Bulldozer
Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you come to the first crossroads. Keep following it down, until you see a turning that appears to stop after a short distance. Go there, take the turning, and go through. You will now be in a construction yard, with a Bulldozer. Flatbed
Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you come to the first crossroads. Keep following it down, until you see a turning that appears to stop after a short distance. Go there, take the turning, and go through. You will now be in a construction yard, with a Flatbed. Sabre
Bring up the map, and find the northern Ammu-Nation on the first island. Now follow the south road on the map, until you come to the first crossroads. Now follow the road coming off the crossroads to the left. About halfway down, on the left hand side, there is a little alleyway. Go through, and you'll find a tiny car park, with a single Sabre parked there. Banshee
Find the north-westernmost road on the map (first island). Parked here is a Banshee. Yankee
Find the north-westernmost road on the map (first island). Follow the road right, then down. On that cornr is a Yankee. Robkellas' Hints
Do 15 beach patrol missions and you get unlimited breath.
The Split-6 ATV can drive on the water.

There are 99 of them hidden around the game... every ten you get new weapons that spawn next to the safehouse.
I found around 50 or so, and I have malatovs and stuff! WHOLE bunch of stuff. |

Biplane found in the airport
jetski found near the cinemas
hovercraft found near those wooden houses near 2º island in the water
and maybe more |

I have also found that you can just get a lot of money in your own way and just buy up any gun to the max and you will eventually get unlimited ammo for that gun(s). But it is costly though. | |
