I have Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 (SLES02910) German. The first two levels (Hanger & School II) plays fine. But when I try to access the next level (3) it just freezes. Is this a GFX glitch or a PSP limitation? I guess no one has this German version so it's hard to tell. Does anyone know how I can debug this, or whether someone can tell me if the English version is perfect 100% with no PPF required.

Probably a emulator bug or bad game file.

Anyway to debug? Or is there a saved game file for PSP?

It's most likely because, as the emulator is being developed further with every update of the PSP's firmware, it doesn't run all games fully yet. You'll probably have to wait until it becomes supported.
