I just bought the game today before I started work. I haven't played it yet though. It's supposed to be an improved version of the original Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops. Here's a game description: Quote:

Focusing on a portable multiplayer experience, players will be able to enjoy more maps, more missions, and recruit a talented crew of war heroes for battling real opponents in online arenas. This game also features gamesharing which allows a user with the game to play with someone who doesn't have the game over the PSP® system's Wireless communications.
MPO+ supports Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity. Unlike ordinary Infrastructure connection, Wi-Fi hotspot means you can get connected and play MPO+ at various hotspots like Starbucks, Airports, Fedex Kinkos, Borders, and more.

It looks pretty cool and I am a huge MGS fan. I recently bought the Essential Collection which is MGS1,2 and 3 in a pack. Expect a review from me after i play it for awhile. here is the official game site
