There's been that glitch which has proven that helicopters are flyable and I've seen a few empty helipads while exploring so it seems likely that an update will come out to make helicopters spawn in those places. i dont know if its possible as the glitch is in the game and if they did bring out an update that patched it you could just delete it from the mem stick

I love that game and there is comming a new GTA to the psp in 2006

I find the game is pretty much the same as vice city...nothing really new...still love playing it though.
