Legend of Heroes Help

I got this game a few days ago, and I just got up to the part after you beat the Sysamel Gang at Tibri, you go to Phildin and you have to find Sir Dinerken, only question is, WHERE IS HE? I checked the FAQ on GameFAQ's, but that FAQ makes no sense. Please help. Thanks.
