Custom firmware options :p For developers

This is a dream for every psp user out there.

I dont know how to wright C++ but this is an awsome idea.

A custom Firmware that you can mod into your own Custom firmware. Your own buttons, Your own background, your own sounds. And a moddable function to place the buttons on your screen where you want them to be.

So everybody has his own customized firmware with this.

Can somebody make custome firmware like this with an app in windows to customize the firmware to the users dream?
