Yes this is a PSP Portal so I dont think it is off topic
someone should create a universal portal somewhere not like a GUI like kaotix but a wiki like thing so that anyone who is registered can add a link or script, you would need a javascript keyboard to make it fully psp accessible and it would be great if you could have it so that you could have somthing that allows someone to make a sort of "mobile blog" off the wiki allowing people to share backrounds, sites and ideas |

this is not a GUI its a wiki/blog/link portal so that users can put up good sites, take down bad ones, list there favorites on there page and the admin and mod can put up permianant good links | |
