I just realized, when PSP2 comes out, are they gonna keep making firmware updates for PSP??? I mean, Im a fan of homebrew, but I always check the updates to see if there is anything worth updating for. You never know what they might do. I mean, if they stop making updates, the PSPs potential will be completely wasted. And maybe I dont know a thing about the mechanics of homebrew but I dont think it can ever do what a far more developed PSP can do ex: PSP FW 9.8 I hope Im wrong in that area.

i would think that sony is gonna make regular psp updates very often still there not gonna stop makin them because you have to remember that sony is a huge ass company and can afford to make updates for 2 systems so there is no need to worry

if they do stop psp updates it will be many years from now

I think I read somewhere that when they release psp2 they're gonna "kill" (stop making psp games) the PSP! Yesterday I looked at their website (the yourpsp.com) And I noticed there aren't any games anouced for the PSP.

WHAT!!!!! thats not right sony had a HUGE hit with the psp(1) and then they are gonna blow it. but what exactly does the psp2 have in store that the first psp doesnt?
