Well, according to PSPWorld the PS1 emulator download service will also let you download movies! If you want the full story go to http://www.pspworld.com it's on the front page(well at least it should be) you just need to scroll down a little bit

Edit: And your confused, you made it sound like the PS1 emu service would also offer movies, but thats not the case, it says that PSP Games Download Service is getting PS1 Game Downloads and Movies.

wat type of movies are they talking about here, do they mean, downloadable UMDs, so will they be getting rid of the umds or just making more ways of getting them????????????????????

Probably just MP4 movies, which, yes, would eliminate the need for UMD videos. It should cost around $10 a movie. As some already know, iTunes is also planning to add full-length movies to their Store. I've already seen one on there, and it was ten bucks.
