hey guys!
A friend of mine broke his PSP recently and is getting a new one from sony 'cuz they couldn't fix a tiney problem.
will he get a ta-082 MB and fw2.8, or is there still a chance that they're still shipping downgradable psp's? |

Maybe 2.8, 2.71, or 2.7.
I'm not positive though.
