Need help compressing an ISO.

I have a backup for one of my games and it is 1 GB. What is the best compression program that can make it less than 500 mb?
EDIT:
How do I use ISO's with the new CustomFirmware-b?

As far as i know you can only use cso compression with 2.71 se b and just put ya iso in a folder named iso in the root of the memory stick and it will appear in the game icon on your psp

google for Dark_Alex's CSO utility or something along those lines. It can compress ISO's as much as taking a 1 GIG ISO and compressing it down to a 500 MB CSO. Worked for me with Medal of Honor.

all u do is make a ISO folder in the root of your memo stick, put the iso there, go into your psp's game folder(on psp) wer all your homebrew is, and your iso will show up there, then just launch it like u would a normal homebrew.

I use 'psp iso compresser', and the amount the iso is compressed by is dependant on what game it is. Iv compressed before, and some have gone down loads, but some have gone down very little.
I dont use CustFirm, i just use 1.50 + devhook.

[btw, how come there's been no1 bitchin bout legalities of isos in this thread yet? lol]

Because I said that the ISO I'm using is a BACKUP which as we all know, is 100% legal. Now whoever asked what ISO it is, it's some NFS and ATV games.

you can rip all the video's and the like out of a game. To do this go and get a Rip kit from PS2NFO.COM - PLAYSTATION, PS2, PS3, PSP, XBOX 360, WII, NDS, GBA, GAMECUBE, then convert it to cso and this should reduce the size. If this don't work then your gonna have to get a bigger mem card.

If this is against site rules I'll remove post and apologises all round
