The headset is worth buying if you play Socom online. I would recommend it, if you buy socom to play online, buy the headset also.

yea its sweet socom for psp is just like socom 3. The headset makes it that much better.

If u buy socom buy a mic along with it. Its not realy fun playing without a mic. You could also use it to listen to music. If you buy socom buy a mic only 20 bucks realy cheap for something good like that.

I recomend not buying the mic, tons of 10 year olds spam voice chat in all the ps2 versions with racism and such.

From what I've read you don't hear speech without using the headset.

Don't buy the thing, the game is much better to play without it.
