Great. Fan-f*cking-tastic. 
Less than 24 hours after I release PSPG to the public, the site, along with my e-mail account gets hacked.

He seems to have brute-forced his way into my Google account, thus also taking control of all my email contacts, some bank information, and some of my passwords. He's already started to spam a few of my family and friends. (Though I've managed to re-gain control of everything by simply entering the hackers name into the password box....)
I've found the cached sites from this morning, so I've restored them and they are up-to-date. However, this page will remain at PSPG.co.nr until such time as I have finished moving to a more secure, compatible web host. This is, in a twisted way, quite beneficial; I would have never been bothered to finish the transition from Google Pages to a place where I can add things like comment features and mini-forums.
I and the webmaster of the proxy he used are co-operating to find him.
You see? This is what I get. F*ck sake. 
Anyway, I guess this gives me yet another insentive to rethink my validity and participation in the PSP scene.

But the 1 thing I NEVER DO is hack innocent people and their sites. It is simply pathetic that someone did that to you. If you give me their ip, I might be able to work up a bit of trouble for them

It discusts me, that after months of hard work and 5 or 6 PSP semi-bricks from trying to bring PSPG close to decent, some asshole decides to delete it, spam my family and post numerous links to porn. If I had cleaned my cache like I had wanted to this morning, it would've faded straight into the blue abyss.
Oh, and Wolf, thanks for the offer but I've got it under control. Hopefully revenge shouldn't be needed, as it's not something I generally pride myself in doing, but if bad turns to worse I have a few tricks up my sleeve. |

Points: 214.16 Donate | | | Well, that all depends on how things work out. Although that would be great, I doubt that something as small as PSPG would be considered as good or as necessary enough to make room for. It might just be easier to keep it elsewhere.
Oh, and I'm staying on the scene for now. If it happens again, I'm out; I can't have people spamming my family and friends. |

Points: 214.16 Donate | | | Perhaps, but with Google Pages you're given so little room and features with which to work that a different host is much easier. Though, it was fairly easy to update and make more guides with the awesome WYSIWYG editor... |
