NOW LISTEN UP
I have manged to get it working very easly and it only takes a few steps to get it wrong:

1. first off get these 2 files from here

Archive Pass: ALH6-HET6-WKJ0-GZT8-7366

Serial Number: JT-BECFNH-X5X4YX-X4RJY0


The archive pass is for the password to the .rar file when you extract it.

now what you need to do is install the PSPMM1.0 and then DO NOT run the program after its installed.

You now need to extract e-psmm10

IMPORTANT!!!

now you need to go down this file path:
C:\Program Files\Sony\PSP Media Manager 1.0

MAKING SURE ITS THE SONY FOLDER AND NOT SONYSETUP FOLDER

now finally coppy the E-SPMM10 file in to that folder and then run it to pach up and replace some files.

run the program and it should work

you can also upgrade to 1.0a and just run the patching progam again andy ya sorted.
