I've downloaded XMB packager, and I've put the topmenu icons that I want into the 'icons' folder. According to the readme, I have to then double-click start.cmd. When I do this, I get the message, "Another Program is using this file currently". The problem is that I can't use Task Manager, it never opens. Is that the sign of a virus, or am I just doing something wrong? Any help is welcome.

if the standard three fingered saulte (ctrl-alt-del) doesn't work, hit start>run and type "taskmgr" and hit run. You quite possibly have a vrius, although there is a way to disble it in windows (the highschool I work at has it disabled to prevent students from shuting down our software). Another option is to look for something called "Process Explorer" one google. It's an enhanced (and free!) taskmanager made for Microsoft by a company they bought out (System Internals). Should be hosted on microsoft.com somewhere.

I get the same message as with the start.cmd. I think it is a virus, because I always delete viruses and then clean my registry. Silly me!
