try usin the microsoft image resizing powertool.
After its installed just right click on the image, select resize, choose output size, and walla, resized! |

| | Member | | | | | The microsoft image resizing powertool i mentioned resizing pretty clearly though not as clear as photoshop, but still pretty damn good, plus it makes it so easy, no need to open a extrenal program to edit the pic, just right click and done. |
