I just traded my PSP that has 3.30 custom AE, for a 3.30 Official, but it is in brand new condition, I need to get caught up here with the downgrading stuff, (lol only downgrade is 2.00 to 1.50) anyone care to explain it for me? thanks a lot.

Points: 100,000,000,000.01 Donate | | Personally I don't think that was a good trade because 3.30 oe is better than $ony's official 3.30 because the oe can run homebrew and ripped games using Autopopstation.
You can downgrade up to version 3.03 but that requires the unpatched version of Liberty City stories. Yes they are trying to find a way to downgrade versions 3.10 and up but they need to find an exploit first which takes time.
