I found something weird when customizing my icon on 3.40 oe

I was customizing my icons on my 3.40 oe PSP with the theme Glass Square Xmb Icons. Everything copied over fine and the icons looked great but when I went to start a game I converted with Autopopstation my PSP froze on me. I put back my old icons and even tried some different themes and the game worked again. Any ideas what caused this? Everything else worked fine when i checked.

Oh and I want to say thank god for recovery mode because i bricked my PSP messing with my icons seeing if I could fix the problem myself but luckily I was able to recover it using the recovery package I got from this site.

Page I downloaded the icon set from: - News

Hmm... I think I heard of something like this. Try using LOLstation, then tell us if it still doesn't work. (Sorry for the QJ link!)

Yea I heard somewhere something bout this. But I forget wher. For some reason certain themes prevent the PSX games from working right. Too bad I forgot why this is so...

Ok Dorkdork i'll have to try that. For right now though I switched over to a different theme and everything works fine with it. I'm just glad people have heard of it before and Recovery Mode is the best thing on the Custom Firmwares especially for people like me who screw up trying to customize their PSP. I would have responded sooner but I forget to subscribe to the thread.

I heard that certain fonts screw up the ps1 emulator. Try using just the font from the glass square theme or whatever its called and see if that works
