Points: 61.44 Donate | | | Revolutionary New LCD A revolutionary new LCD screen is being experimented on by none other than Sony. It is the incredible piece of technology that will be the future of handheld consoles, for both video games and cellphones; even the PSP2?
Hopefully you can view the video (Hosted on YouTube), but if you can't then here is a quick simple description: This revolutionary LCD screen is bendable and is as thin as two sheets of A4 paper!

Something about a 'digital newspaper' i remember seeing on TV years ago......but obviously tech has bounced up, and they are getting to a point where practical application may be possible.
Im surprised it's SONY though. Everyone know's that Samsung have always been the masters of LCD technology (why, i'm using a 52" Samsung LCD monitor now...! Yes, not TV, but MONITOR. 10ms refresh rate though...) |

I also remember watching a video of a nearly paper-thin bendable handheld TV. Not sure where I saw it, though. | |
