Revolutionary New LCD

A revolutionary new LCD screen is being experimented on by none other than Sony. It is the incredible piece of technology that will be the future of handheld consoles, for both video games and cellphones; even the PSP2?

Hopefully you can view the video (Hosted on YouTube), but if you can't then here is a quick simple description:
This revolutionary LCD screen is bendable and is as thin as two sheets of A4 paper!

You can view the video Here. Let me know if anybody can understand what they are saying in the video (because it's Japanese! Of course)

Its actually been around for many years, but it was always monochrome and very low resolution. Something about a 'digital newspaper' i remember seeing on TV years ago......but obviously tech has bounced up, and they are getting to a point where practical application may be possible.

Im surprised it's SONY though. Everyone know's that Samsung have always been the masters of LCD technology (why, i'm using a 52" Samsung LCD monitor now...! Yes, not TV, but MONITOR. 10ms refresh rate though...)

Correction. It's not an LCD. It's called OLED. Organic light-emitting diode.

I think this is going to be in the new PSP. I remember them saying it'd be a thinner LED screen, so I'm thinking this is what they meant.

I also remember watching a video of a nearly paper-thin bendable handheld TV. Not sure where I saw it, though.
