read around you can find every emulator just about and you download roms (this is the game) when u get the files one will have just a name the other will have a % both go into your game folder (emulator) the games are the same but u will have to put them in the proper emulator folder the one without the % than start up your emulator and pick a game to play have fun

I tihnk he's asking how to make the actual program. I think there is a program that assists you with that, but to make one is like making any other program. You need the right tools and you need to know a language which can be used/converted/whatever homebrewers do to make it run on the PSP.

yes there is a program out there to do that. will it work i dont know but sony i think is comming out with a game that you can make your own it mite have been just a noobe saying that on a post put i dont know
