THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THIS PRODUCT: --blah-----blah------blah---blah
The usual shit, then I came across this:
(c) IS DAMAGED BY ACTS OF GOD,
It WILL NOT be under warranty if damaged by an act of God. Now being a christian I like them throwing in something about God and seeing they realize his belief, but WTF exactly IS an act of God? I have NEVER in my life gone to a Wal*Mart front desk to return something and gone "Yeah well I was taking the DVD outta the case and wouldn't you know it, thing was damaged by an act of God!!"
I just don't get it. But it's a good laugh. |

But it's weird they call them "Acts of God" rather than "Acts of Nature". |
