Points: 13.01 Donate | | | What firmware should I update to? Alright, well I haven't been active in the PSP community very much lately, and I figure I should probably update my custom firmware. I'm currently running 3.40 OE-A (fat psp), however it's been quite a while, and I haven't paid much attention to the scene. As a result, I don't really know what new firmwares are available, and which are more stable, etc... Is 3.90 M33-3 the best and most stable at the moment? Will everything work the same way as it does now for me on 3.40 OE-A? What will I need to go through to update to either of these?
Any advice/links are appreciated.
Thanks!

I know it's longer than you might have hoped, but trust me, it's worth it. |

edit: Found the location of the 1.50 kernels, now I've just gotta locate official firmwares for 3.52 and 3.90

Alright, so I put the 3.90 firmware in along with the M33-3 update as it said, and now it just says Please wait... after the Unpacking process happened. It's been there for a good 5+ minutes. Was I supposed to use the 3.90 m33 original eboot, or the actual 3.90 update from sony?

Figured it out. I needed to switch to 3.52 kernel from 1.50. Thanks, because now I'm running 3.90 m33-3!
