Hello again,
just got myself a 1.5 PSP today, searched the whole city searching for one.
now I have my PSP next to me, I am afraid that if I do somthing wrong the firmware will upgrade.
so if you put new game, would it ask before asking for uploading the firmware, and would it state what firmware it will update to?
sceondly, if I connect to the internet, would it force me to upgrade, or it would ask for upgrade, or it wont even bother to ask me?
thirdly, I dont know what are the tools like the MPH firmware loader and other things.
I tried to search for a FAQ thread, but didnt find one.

Points: 6.48 Donate | | | 1. No it will not update automatically. It will tell you you need to to update.
2. Unless you go to network update, it will not download the new firmware.
3. I dont know anything about the MPH firmware launcher other then you cant Play GTA LCS on it. |

| | | I dont have GTA, not what I like the most really, do I need it in order to play homebrew, I was thinking of emulators and any usefull app that could run.

thanks for your help | i would not upgrade or downgrade it and use the mph firmware flasher and flash it too 1.0 with regonal coding removed |

Points: 1.26 Donate | | | i've had my psp for a whole month now, and played alot of games, and it has never asked me to upgrade. Some games come with an upgrade, but it's only if you press the icon under the game section of the main browser. |

why would I downgrade to 1.0? is only because it plays moveies from any reagon if its the case, then I dont have intreset in movies.
but If it allow me to play games from diffrent reagons, that would be cool | |
