MAN I JUST BOUGHT A PSP IM NEW AT THIS AND WELL I JUST CHECKED AND THE VOLUME SUCKS... ITS LOW AND I DONT KNOW ITS JUST TO LOW WOULD IT GET BETTER OVER THE TIME WHILE UPDATING OR WHAT ... AND SINCE IM NEW AT THIS I DONT REALLY GET THE FIRMWARES. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1.50 AND 2.00-2.60? PLEASE HELP!!! AND WICH ONE HOLDS BETTER GRAPHICS? AND WHILE READING THIS PLEASE HELP IM PLAINING ON BUYING A GAME AND WEL I WHANT UR OPINION ON SOME GAMES THANX

The difference is with firmwares 1.00 through 2.00 you can use homebrew homemade games and apps 2.01 and higher you can't because those updates have stronger security even though they contain nothing really useful not worth giving up homebrew for. If you have below 2.01 do not update trust me. |

Points: 0.62 Donate | | | Kjeezy, please, when you post, under what you last wrote theres 3 buttons. 'Edit', 'Quote' and 'Reply'. Please use the Edit button so there is only one post and it doesnt create spam.
Onto the topic, the changes from 1.50 to 2.6 are stuff like, Web Browser, WMA Support, Wallpaper Support(I think) and theres a few others, check on google for 'PSP Update 2.6' and it gives u a list. |
