Modifying The Psp

OK so i bought PSP2TV a while ago and well the install wasnt the best . you know like the buttons and stuff werent that great (to say the least) after the installation. and when i took the screen off today to put the psp back to the way it was. during the process the power connection to the psp mother board broke. SO this gave me a great idea. why not change the psp so that it has a flip open screen. the only thjing is i need some help with making a plastic casing to cover the LCD and also for the buttons and everyting. besically i need help making a whole new custom face plate.

SO if you think you could help me with this or have any links to some tutorials on how to do this then please drop me a line.
