I have LCS and its cool and its great and all of that, but i have two questions.

Question 1: Theres 2 hidden packages that i know of but i can't get to them, the first one, is on top of the gas station (first island) and is to tall for me to reach even with a trashtruck, the other i could reach with a vehicle but the entrance to it is only a small doorway (by the rc van[but not the 1 where you kill the triads],first island)

Qustion 2: Every now and then (happening more lately) i will be playing and all of a sudden everything will turn all wierid and i can't tell where I'm at (stays this way for a few seconds) its the same look/effect you get when you fly over the arena on the 2nd island with the edison carter cheat dev.
can anyone help me get it to stop doing this, or does anyone at least know why? (i've used the cheat dev. before, but i deleted a about a week ago[if that matters])
