WWSD?-What would Sony do?

i think sony should start making their own things such as pong, tetris, chess, calculators, solitare, ect, ect. for the psp, it would be a lot easier for them then for us (since they don't have to take backdoors to get it to work) and put it on the downloads section on their site...and if they charged for it..only like a dollar or two for a pack of all the crap i listed above (or more) but we all know sony, if they did do that they would charge for it(they're pretty gay like that) but oh well at least they don't charge for updates...

Why would they do this? This would lead to exploits and holes. They are working on releasing game demos and such, but they are looking at it thoroughly, That way there is no hole or exploit.

you know what, thats one of my biggest problems with their site, i want to be able to browse with the browser on the psp, and download the newest game demos and play. I dont want to go out and spend 50 bucks every time (canadian) to get a game, realize i dont like it, and then return it. it looks like im sticking with gta and socom for now

haha...those are the same 2 games i have....not that it matters any, but anyways back to the topic at hand...i think it would be great if they made their own apps and stuff...like an alarm clock and chatting service for ad-hoc (even a ds comes with those)

Adding new features means they have to now be cautious. Along with new features comes the fear of an exploit. Sony doesn't want to screw up, so they are checking everything over and over. I would like something like small apps like a calculator or something to be added to the PSP. Maybe a calendar, schedular, or something.
Just remember, the more they add in, the more an exploit is possible.
