Generating random numbers, GTAdevkit

Hi!
I just started programming psp apps using the gtadevkit. And I just wondered if it's possible to output random numbers using it.
I know how to do it in regular C/C++ but that doesn't seem to work with the devkit.
Thanks.
I just noticed that fanjita added a function for that... Mods can close this now.
